CTS-5
CTS-5 is a 5-direction touch trigger tool setter with hard-wired signal transmission used for broken tool detection and rapid measurement of tool length and tool diameter.
Tool condition (length and chips) is monitored to prevent machining defects due to wear and thermal displacement. Automated in-machine measurement eliminates manual setup work and machining defects resulting in improved productivity.
